Ellen Wright
Ellen L. Wright is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years experience in private practice in Philadelphia. She works with clients using individual, couples, family, and group therapy. She supervises students at various levels of training: masters and doctoral level psychology students as well as psychoanalytic candidates. Because education is her forte and passion, Ellen sponsors yearly American Psychological Association approved continuing education programs for mental health providers in the Delaware Valley and in Oregon and presents at local and international conferences. She has served as adjunct psychology faculty for the Curtis Institute of Music and currently serves as Consulting Psychologist to Curtis, where she counsels Curtis students, advises administration on student mental health issues, and teaches seminars on relevant topics sensitive to the Curtis college students’ needs. Ellen holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Temple University and a B.A. from Princeton University.
