Who We Are
Ruthy Bottoms
Ruthy Bottoms is our Office Manager and Program Assistant. She is responsible for all program-related administrative needs. Additionally she acts as the primary supervisor for the student workers. Before joining The Philadelphia Center staff, Ruthy has done everything from operating her own business to managing the payroll office for one of Philadelphia’s largest construction companies.
