Application Process:
1. All students must be approved by Alma College to study off campus. Visit the Academic and Career Planning office to begin the Off-Campus Study Registration.2. Follow Alma’s registration process which includes completing the Philadelphia Center application in Step 4.
3. After being approved to study off-campus you will complete the Philadelphia Center application. Do NOT submit an application directly to the Philadelphia Center BEFORE this meeting.
4. All original application documents must be submitted to the Academic and Career Planning office to be mailed on your behalf. Do NOT submit the application supporting documents directly to the Philadelphia Center.
Deadlines
Please check with the Academic and Career Planning office for Off Campus Study Registration deadlines. Philadelphia Center applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow two weeks for processing of completed application once it has been received at the Philadelphia Center.
