Wooster students interested in applying for The Philadelphia Center should follow this application checklist.  Please note that these items should be completed in this order and according to deadlines.

1. Make an appointment with your academic advisor as soon as possible to discuss off-campus study in your (anticipated) major.

2. Meet with Director of Off-Campus Study, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), Director of Off-Campus Studies, 330.263.2221, Babcock 103, Center for Diversity and Global Engagement, Office Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Off campus study website: You will also need to complete the Declaration of Intent to Study Off Campus. 3. Meet with financial aid (optional).

4. Discuss how credits will transfer with your advisor.

March 1: Deadline for the following to be submitted to the Wooster OCS office:
a)Off-Campus Study Application
b)Advisor Clearance, to be completed and signed by your adviser
c)Release of Liability, to be completed and signed by you AND your parent / guardian.

Download and complete TPC’s application.  Upon completion please mail to TPC.

Attend mandatory Pre-Departure Orientation meeting at Wooster.
Complete online OCS Pre-Departure Survey and Emergency Information Card
Upon arriving back at campus you will need to submit a program evaluation by the 3rd Friday of your semester following your TPC experience.  Please click here to download the program evaluation forms.
