Some of the most popular neighborhoods noted by alumni include the following:

The Art Museum and Logan Square neighborhoods are located in a beautiful area offering a wide range of apartment options and are convenient to the world renowned Philadelphia Museum of Art and a plethora of other cultural institutions. Students enjoy easy accessibility to a number of public parks and recreational areas.

Center City and Midtown Village are thriving commercial areas located in the heart of Philadelphia. Students find the neighborhoods extremely convenient. Housing options tend to consist of luxury high rises and apartments.

Rittenhouse Square surrounds the picturesque Rittenhouse Square Park and is conveniently located near the Walnut Street shopping district. Students can expect to find luxury row homes and high-rise apartment complexes. Fitler Square is just south and west of Rittenhouse Square and offers a gorgeous, quaint neighborhood featuring upscale brownstones and a quiet public park. Graduate Hospital, located just south of Rittenhouse Square, is an area where students can expect to find affordable row homes.
Old City is an historic and convenient neighborhood. Students can expect to find loft-style apartments and enjoy easy access to SEPTA, the city’s public transportation system.

Bella Vista, Passyunk Square and The Italian Market are residential neighborhoods known for their proximity to the popular South Street and Italian Market shopping districts. Students can expect to find fairly inexpensive row homes, trinities, and apartments. 

Queen Village is a quiet residential neighborhood located on the southeastern edge of South Street. Students often enjoy modestly priced row homes and apartments.

University City and Powelton Village are located in West Philadelphia near the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University. Students tend to rent inexpensive, large Victorian houses and enjoy easy access to SEPTA services.
